Great iced tea maker - can add sugar in with tea bags to make perfect sweet tea. It is a tight fit for 10 tea bags and 1/2 cup of sugar.

I was impressed with the way the product works, works quickly and efficiently. However, I received the wrong product color. I thought I would be receiving black/stainless steel, and I got white/stainless steel, so doesn't match any of my appliances. But overall, am happy with the product.
